At the start of any corporate coaching assignment, the contract or coaching agreement is an important step. For coaching to work most effectively the aims of each programme should be crystal clear. My executive coaching model is primarily focused on individual development and to be successful, the objectives should be agreed between the line manager and the executive being coached. For CEOs and senior executives, tailor-made programmes are created that we can agree together.
Following our initial meeting I will provide a proposal including costs tailored to your needs. Then if you decide to go ahead the coaching agreement can be finalised.

The coaching partnership is likely to last between six and twelve months with meetings on a fortnightly or monthly basis. Sessions usually last 90 minutes.
Executive coaching generally takes place at your offices; a quiet, private space with no interruptions is essential.
Coaching can take place at my practice in North London if preferred. I also offer telephone coaching as and when appropriate.
