The first step is for us to arrange an exploratory meeting. I offer new clients an introductory session to establish rapport and assess your current situation.
If you decide to go ahead with one of my coaching programmes, I will ask you to commit to six sessions initially. Each session lasts approximately 80 minutes and can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.
Once we’ve established what you want to achieve, we’ll make a plan to get you there. I offer a client led reflection and problem solving approach based on exploration, challenge and support.
Between sessions, I’ll ask you to complete agreed actions and provide you with any necessary materials or exercises.
We’ll review your progress after each session and at the end of your initial programme. Remember, coaching isn’t a quick fix – for a successful partnership you’ll need to commit time and effort and be frank and open with me so that I can help you achieve your desired goals.
Once I have assessed your coaching needs and proposed a suitable programme, we can then agree fees, which are payable in advance.
Your first six sessions should take place within a three-month period. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, this should be done at least 48 hours in advance otherwise charges may be incurred.
