How I can help your organisation

Before becoming an executive coach, I had many years’ experience in the corporate environment working with blue chip organisations and global brands. I now work closely with a wide range of professionals and executives at every level, helping them increase their potential and performance and achieve personal and career goals.

I always agree a clear set of objectives with the individuals and organisations I coach and then, together we create a workable plan with realistic timeframes. Progress is regularly monitored and evaluated.

On a corporate level I work closely with everyone involved, from the first introductory meeting, to devise and implement tailored coaching programmes to suit each individual. This may include skills, performance or development coaching for selected executives, creative coaching for a team, or working to a specific agenda to support the CEO.

Organisations I work with invite me in for many reasons but it’s usually to help inspire existing team members and develop their talent.
